If you have been injured whilst on holiday, you may be entitled to compensation. 

The Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 make it possible to claim compensation for injury and cover most package holiday organisers and tour operators.

In order for the regulations to apply you will have to have booked at least two elements of your holiday together, for example, your transport and accommodation.  You may have booked an excursion as part of your package and will be covered if you suffer injury on this excursion.

If you have suffered an injury whilst on holiday, or as part of a pre-arranged excursion, then you may be able to make a claim against your tour operator under the relevant regulations.
