Unoccupied Residential

Primecover do not just provide a blanket insurance policy for our clients. We work closely with our clients to ensure that their individual needs are met. We can offer three levels of cover in respect of our residential unoccupied properties:

Level 1 –

  • Fire, Lightning, Explosion, or Earthquake
  • Aircraft and other flying devices or items dropped from the air
  • Property Owners Liability

 

Level 2

  • Fire, Lightning, Explosion, Earthquake and Aircraft and other flying devices or items dropped from them
  • Storm, Flood or Weight of snow
  • Escape of water from fixed water tanks, apparatus or pipes
  • Escape of Water or Oil from fixed domestic oil fired heating installation
  • Collision by any vehicle or animal
  • Breakage or collapse of fixed radio and television aerials, satellite dishes and their fixtures and fittings
  • Subsidence or Heave of the site upon which the buildings stand or landslip (excluded if property undergoing structural work or to be sold)
  • Property Owners Liability
  • Limits apply on this level in respect of claims for theft, malicious damage & burst pipes due to freeze. Maximum loss is capped at £2,500.

Level 3

  • Fire, Lightning, Explosion, Earthquake and Aircraft and other flying devices or items dropped from them
  • Storm, Flood or Weight of Snow
  • Escape of Water from fixed water tanks, apparatus or pipes
  • Escape of Water or Oil from fixed domestic oil-fired heating installation
  • Theft or attempted Theft
  • Malicious damage
  • Collision by any vehicle or animal
  • Riots, Strikes, Violent Disorder, Civil Commotion and Malicious Damage
  • Breakage or collapse of fixed radio and television aerials, satellite dishes and their fittings and masts
  • Subsidence or Heave of the site upon which the buildings stand or landslip (excluded if property undergoing structural work or to be sold)
  • Falling Trees, Lamp-posts or Telegraph Poles
  • Property Owners Liability

Our Insurers can also offer discounts if you opt for higher excess on your policy.
